Craniosacral Therapy releases tensions and stress patterns held deep in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction and improve whole-body health and performance.

The practice of Craniosacral Therapy is to Listen, not only to the verbal narrative but to the somatic story and the secret, sensitive language emerging from the heart.

Emphasis is placed on the Client feeling safe and supported during a session.  A gentle, hands on treatment to support the release of Anxiety, Stress and Trauma within the body.

Pauline uses an educated, gentle, non-invasive touch to engage with the expressions of health in the system.

Bowen Therapy is a dynamic system of muscle and connective tissue therapy that addresses the entire body.

Pauline utilises measured inputs to the body to activate the Client’s own innate healing mechanisms. Specific soft tissue and fascial release adjustments and integration techniques are implemented to stimulate specific receptors that enable the body itself to correct dysfunctions and restore homeostasis.

Bowen restores balance via the Autonomic Nervous System. The ANS is susceptible to the external stressors of everyday life. Most people live in a constant state of stress and ANS over-stimulation, which interferes with healing processes and general health.

Bowen treatments provide relief and initiates recovery processes from many specific injuries from Sciatica, TMJ, Migraines and structural issues to healing from trauma, sickness both acute and chronic, or where the healing process has stalled or reached a plateau.

Pauline’s practice is the art of blending the energetic and physiological systems with the physical structure of the body, to achieve a more balanced state from which healing is initiated.

A personalised session incorporates Traditional Eastern concepts and Sacred Anatomical Geometries, blended Intuitively thru various massage techniques. Pauline draws on her training in Thai Yoga Massage, Advanced Remedial Massage, Bowen Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, Neural Resonance Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Cupping and Evolutionary Kinesiology, to create a dynamic form of bodywork.

The unique form of bodywork that Pauline practices, aims to enhance the free and natural movements of the body, release meridian energy, promote blood and lymphatic flow, encourage detoxification and provide relief from musculoskeletal tension.

Freeing the flow of vital energy in the body allows improvements in posture, breathing, flexibility, digestion, circulation and relief from emotional and nervous tension.

The liquid Crystals are powerful vibrational remedies made from the Earths Metals, Minerals and Crystals. They are change facilitators, healing Spiritual, Emotional, Mental and thus Physical imbalance. The Liquid Crystals are created via an ancient Lemurian and Atlantian process that embraces Sacred Geometry, Alchemy, Solar, Luna and Universal energy.

Added to my skills as a physical therapist are years of experience working with the Liquid Crystals Mineral Therapy and Liquid Tree remedies. I have studied since 2006 to become an Advanced practitioner and have taught The Liquid Crystals Mineral Therapy Level One Course, on behalf of my Teacher Justin Moikeha Asar, since 2011.

I offer consultations to clients in The Liquid Crystals & Trees, design remedies and construct birth charts. I also offer these services to Children and Animal Friends.
