Craniosacral Therapy

Pauline began her journey into Craniosacral Therapy in 2013, studying with The Body Intelligence School of Craniosacral Therapy. Drawn by its profound gentleness and depth, she continued her studies with three further schools, including the Milne Institute of Visionary Craniosacral Therapy.

Craniosacral Therapy is a very gentle, non-invasive, hands-on healing art that works with the energies that create and maintain health in the human system. Evolving from Cranial Osteopathy — introduced to the world in the 1930s by the visionary American osteopath William Garner Sutherland — it focuses on the subtle rhythm of cerebrospinal fluid as it ebbs and flows through the cranial bones, spinal dura mater, and surrounding tissue. When this rhythm is disrupted by stress, injury, or illness, it can manifest as pain, sensory and motor dysfunction, emotional overwhelm, or a general sense of being out of balance.

Pauline uses an educated, gentle, non-invasive touch to engage with the expressions of health within the system — releasing tensions and stress patterns held deep in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction, and to improve whole-body health and wellbeing. Her sessions offer support for those experiencing anxiety, stress, trauma, chronic pain, and nervous system dysregulation.

At the heart of Pauline's Craniosacral practice is the art of listening — not only to the verbal narrative, but to the somatic story and the quiet, sensitive language that arises from the body and heart. Every session is held in a space of deep safety and presence, where clients feel genuinely supported, and met with an n invitation for the body's own innate wisdom to lead the way to balance and healing.

Pauline first studied Bowen in 1994, directly from Oswald Rentsch and his wife Elaine — the custodians of Thomas Bowen's original work — and has continued to expand her knowledge ever since. In the early 2000s she furthered her training with the Bowtech school and has since completed courses in Bowen for Sports Injuries and Intuitive Bowen, bringing a rich and evolving understanding to her practice. Pauline's introduction to Bowen Therapy came during her nursing studies at James Cook University, after experiencing a car accident. It was Bowen that played a pivotal role in speeding up her recovery — a personal experience that sparked a deep and lasting passion for the modality.

Bowen Therapy is a dynamic system of muscle and connective tissue therapy that addresses the entire body. Pauline utilises measured inputs to the body to activate each client's own innate healing mechanisms — applying specific soft tissue and fascial release adjustments and integration techniques to stimulate receptors that enable the body to correct dysfunction and restore homeostasis.

Central to Bowen's effectiveness is its ability to restore balance via the Autonomic Nervous System. Most people live in a state of chronic stress and ANS over-stimulation, which interferes with the body's natural healing processes. Bowen gently interrupts this pattern, creating the conditions for the body to rest, reset, and recover.

Bowen treatments provide relief and initiate recovery from a wide range of conditions — from sciatica, TMJ, migraines, and structural issues, to healing from trauma, acute and chronic illness, or where the healing process has stalled or reached a plateau.

Bowen Therapy was developed in the 1950s by Thomas Ambrose Bowen in Geelong, Victoria, and is today practised globally. In 1974, Bowen invited Oswald Rentsch to document and preserve his work, authorising him to teach it after his death. Together with his wife Elaine, Ossie began teaching in 1986 and has since introduced the technique to over 29,000 practitioners across more than 30 countries.

Pauline’s practice is the art of blending the energetic and physiological systems with the physical structure of the body, to achieve a more balanced state from which healing is initiated.

A personalised session incorporates Traditional Eastern concepts and Sacred Anatomical Geometries, blended Intuitively thru various massage techniques. Pauline draws on her training in Thai Yoga Massage, Advanced Remedial Massage, Bowen Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, Neural Resonance Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Cupping and Evolutionary Kinesiology, to create a dynamic form of bodywork.

The unique form of bodywork that Pauline practices, aims to enhance the free and natural movements of the body, release meridian energy, promote blood and lymphatic flow, encourage detoxification and provide relief from musculoskeletal tension.

Freeing the flow of vital energy in the body allows improvements in posture, breathing, flexibility, digestion, circulation and relief from emotional and nervous tension.

The Liquid Crystal Mineral Therapy

The Liquid Crystal Mineral Therapy holds a very special place in Pauline's heart — it is her practice of alchemy. Beginning her studies with creator and teacher Justin Moikeha Asar in 2006, Pauline's deep commitment to this work is reflected in her qualifications as an Advanced Practitioner of The Liquid Crystals, The StarChild Directives, and The Liquid Trees. A profound and deeply cherished highlight of her journey has been teaching the Level One Liquid Crystal course on behalf of Justin since 2011 — a testament to the depth of her knowledge, dedication, and love for this extraordinary healing system.

The Liquid Crystals are powerful vibrational remedies made from the Earth's metals, minerals, and crystals. Created via an ancient Lemurian and Atlantean process that embraces Sacred Geometry, Alchemy, and Solar, Lunar, and Universal energy, they are profound change facilitators — working to heal spiritual, emotional, mental, and thus physical imbalance at the deepest levels.

Each remedy Pauline creates is crafted personally and with love, tailored to the unique needs of the individual. An integrated element of treatment

Trained in traditional fire cupping by a dedicated mentor, and in Myofascial cupping with pressure cups, Pauline incorporates cupping as a skilled and intuitive element of treatment when the body calls for it — working on both a physical and energetic level to support deeper healing.

Cupping is one of the world's oldest healing traditions, used across many cultures throughout history and long established within Traditional Chinese Medicine as a tool for relieving stagnant, congested blood flow and energy through the body. Where conventional massage compresses the tissues, cupping works in the opposite way — using suction to lift and separate, creating a negative pressure that draws fresh, nutrient-rich blood to the surface and stimulates the lymphatic system to release toxins.

This gentle yet powerful technique works to break up fascial adhesions, relax muscles in spasm, reduce inflammation, increase tissue flexibility and range of motion, and relieve trigger point pain — allowing muscles to move freely, unencumbered by restriction.

Pauline incorporates cupping thoughtfully and intuitively into your session, always in harmony with the other techniques being offered as an integrated part of your personalised treatment.

Evolutionary Kinesiology

After being drawn to Kinesiology for many years, Pauline began her formal studies with founder and teacher of Evolutionary Kinesiology, Synara Chandler in 2025 — adding another profound dimension to her already rich and evolving practice.

Evolutionary Kinesiology is a distilled and refined approach to advanced muscle testing that honours the body's natural wisdom — letting the body itself choose what it needs in the moment. Using a light, energetically aligned touch, it accesses the finer programs of the body: the deep subconscious beliefs, blocks, and sabotage patterns that are not ordinarily reachable through conscious thought or conversation alone.

It is one of the most direct and effective ways to clear blocks and subconscious programming that no longer serves — doing so in a way the brain can safely integrate. Safety is at the heart of this work. When the brain does not feel safe to change, it will always return to old patterns. Evolutionary Kinesiology creates the conditions for genuine, lasting transformation.
